The iOS 7 Jailbreak hype appears to be pretty silent these days. As we have not heard a single word coming out from jailbreak developers mouth in the last few days. Majority of people believes that jailbreak developers are not going to jailbreak iOS 7 for public in any manner. Some of them also believes that groups of hackers like Evad3rs will charge users for their jailbreak iOS 7.x tools.
Earlier this morning, Apple rolled out iOS 7.0.4 download update for every iOS device. The update brings several security updates, bug fixes, and performance improvements on several iOS devices. The iOS 7.0.4 download makes a huge impact on social media, and for iOS Jailbreak hackers. Everyone started asking about the iOS 7.0.4 update, is it safe to update or not.
It appears that key-member of Evad3rs team has announced that iOS 7.0.4 update is safe for jailbreakers, and it has nothing to do with current iOS 7.0.4 Jailbreak for any kind of iOS device. MuscleNerd has approached his profile lately to announce that iOS 7.0.4 update is safe for iOS 7 Jailbreak.
Those at 7.x waiting for JB, maybe treat 7.0.4 as exercise in restraint. Won’t affect JB if you slip up, but test your ability to avoid it!
— MuscleNerd (@MuscleNerd) November 14, 2013
However, if you are on iOS 6.x.x Jailbreak and now planning to move on iOS 7.0.4 then you should wait for Evasi0n iOS 7 Jailbreak to launch before updating.

Jailbreak iOS 7 on iPhone 4 is entirely possible since the very first day of iOS 7 Beta 1 release, but majority of jailbreak developers tried to fabricate the fact and hide it from general users. In one way they have done an awesome job by avoiding releasing the developers-only jailbreak in public and the other way they neglected their purpose of bringing restriction free knowledge to users.
How to Jailbreak iOS 7? Is something that everyone is looking on the internet and exploring several jailbreaking blogs and forums. As we have reported again and again about the current situation of iOS 7 Jailbreak. One thing is confirmed that the development of iOS 7 Jailbreak is not yet completed, and it is not released in public.
The iOS 7 Jailbreak is already under heavy development by team members of Evad3rs group. We are hearing that some other hacker has just got another exploit in iOS 7 security that can allow these hackers to easily exploit in iOS 7 for iOS 7 Jailbreak. The current situation of iOS 7 jailbreak development is very critical, and it cannot be announced publicly. The spokesperson of Evad3rs, PlanetBeing has already shared lots of stuff about their work and plans for the launch of iOS 7 Jailbreak.
Some of our sources have indicated that iOS 7 Jailbreak will not come before the public launch of latest iPad devices, and the stable iOS 7 version. Apple has already released two minor updates to iOS 7 since the public launch, and the iOS 7.0.3 update is also ready to roll out. We are expecting iOS 7.0.3 update to come out tomorrow, or right after the launch of iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 in the market. Both devices will be running the latest iOS 7.0.3 by default, and therefore, Apple will release the iOS 7.0.3 update in public.
The development of iOS 7 Jailbreak is currently in the process. Several groups of hackers are working individually to Jailbreak iOS 7 on all iOS devices. We are following the latest iOS 7 jailbreak updates here with our sources, and updates from iOS jailbreaking community.
Evad3rs has said to be working on iOS 7 Jailbreak as well for free of cost jailbreak release in public. The team of Evad3rs works full time on iOS 7 to discover more & more exploits in iOS 7 security system. We heard that PlanetBeing of Evad3rs group has successfully found a user-land exploit that allows unsigned applications execution on iOS 7 running devices.
The iOS 7 jailbreak guide is covering all latest methods to jailbreak iOS 7 on iPhone and iPad devices. We are also covering the latest chirp of upcoming iOS 7 Jailbreak. However, if you are solely interested in iOS 7 jailbreak status then, it is merit mentioning here that it is full of mysterious.
We have several points that will help you in understanding the actual position, and situation of iOS 7 jailbreak.
Behind The Scenes With iOS 7 Jailbreak Development:
While discussing the current situation of iOS 7 jailbreak development with Evad3rs, we have learned they are yet to purpose a proof-of-concept for iOS 7 Jailbreak on any iOS 7 running devices. Evad3rs may have all the pieces for iOS 7 Jailbreak, but the whole plan is in their minds, not in actual running process. They are yet to test any snippet of their codes against iOS 7 security.
PlanetBeing of Evad3rs has continuously reported about the current status of jailbreak development, and how the team is working on iOS 7 to get more exploits in their hands.
It is said that they have saved few exploits from previous iOS version to use them in upcoming iOS 7 jailbreak development.
Will iOS 7 Jailbreak Release Before The Launch of iOS 7.1? :
Apple has already started its work on next-major update of iOS 7 for iPhone, and iPad users. iOS 7.0.2 has already rolled out to users, and iOS 7.0.3 update is under development along iOS 7.1 update. Personally, we do not think that any hacker will release its iOS 7 jailbreak before the iOS 7.1 update because it is very likely for Apple to fix the security loophole in the upcoming firmware.
Last year, we saw Apple accidentally missing out iOS 6 jailbreak exploit in a major update, but not this time. The latest iOS 7 is also carrying a number of new difficulties and challenges for iOS hackers, therefore, there are chances that we will not see iOS 7 Jailbreak coming before the launch of iOS 7.1.
Which Things Are Running Behind in iOS 7 Jailbreak Release:
There is a number of things that needed to be fixed, and reimagined before the public launch of iOS 7 Jailbreak. Furthermore, there are several tools that are currently not supporting latest devices and firmware versions. Whenever iOS 7 Jailbreak is going to debut in public, we will see huge updates of all popular tools.
In addition to third-party tools, and applications, Cydia is not-usable on iOS 7, and working only in safe-mode for developers. Saurik states that he need a time for Cydia’s development for iOS 7 devices.
What Other Developers Says About iOS 7 Jailbreak:
As I have mentioned above, Evad3rs is not the only group who is said to be working on iOS 7 Jailbreak release. Other iOS hackers are also said to be working on iOS 7 security with their own discovered iOS exploits. It is merit mentioning here that including @PosixNinja, and @iOn1c both are working independently on latest iOS security loopholes.
MuscleNerd of Evad3rs, and ex-member of iPhone Dev Team is pretty silent this time on iOS 7 jailbreak development, and avoiding every social interaction with the general public.
PlanetBeing and Pod2g both have shown their positive believing’s in iOS 7 Jailbreak development project. Both of them claim that Evad3rs will soon release the iOS 7 Jailbreak for public.
Is The New iOS 7 Jailbreak Compatible With My Device?
We know that many of you worry about the compatibility of iOS 7 Jailbreak with your devices. We have asked PlanetBeing about the compatibility of their tool and exploit with iOS devices. He said if there would be an iOS 7 Jailbreak tool then it will work on every device that runs iOS 7.
More clearly, it will support latest iPhone 5s, and iPhone 5c devices too.
Tethered iOS 7 Jailbreak for my iPhone 4:
Tethered iOS 7 Jailbreak is available from day one to iOS hackers, but it is not simple as people think. Evad3rs and other iOS hackers decided to keep the general public away from the iOS 7 beta Jailbreak this time. Things get complicated, and require very deep knowledge of iOS 7 system with hacking skills to download and use a combination of different tools.
iOS 7 Jailbreak ETA:
Nope! Evad3rs has not yet announced any ETA for iOS 7 Jailbreak public release, but soon we will see an update from them.
You can follow us on Twitter & Facebook, or join our newsletter service to get latest updates about iOS 7 Jailbreak availability.
iOS 7 Jailbreak Release Timeline:
While iOS 7 jailbreak development is in the process, we have decided to pull a stream for iOS 7 users to follow latest iOS 7 Jailbreak stories here.
The development of upcoming iOS 7 Jailbreak is full of mysteries, and confusion for the general public. PlanetBeing has explained, why Evad3rs cannot announce ETA for iOS 7 Jailbreak public release. He said, Evad3rs might have all pieces in their hands that are needed for next-generation jailbreak tool, but it does not mean they can provide a launch date of their tool.
PlanetBeing appears to have some good news for us this morning at Twitter. He tweets that Evad3rs have all the pieces that are required for iOS 7 jailbreak development. He told that iOS 7 Jailbreak development phase still needs a little more time as they are looking forward for more exploits. We can understand that many of you are eagerly waiting for Evad3rs to release their tool, which will allow you to remove limitations on iOS 7 running devices.
While Evad3rs are yet to announce the iOS 7 Jailbreak for public, it appears that other developers has started their own efforts to help them in bringing the exploit for public. A developer has just reportedly ported Cydia on iOS 7, and it seems to be working perfectly for him. Despite the claims of Saurik that Cydia is not useable for front-end users, it is now working for developers and hackers around the world.
An iOS tweak developer, cjori, who is behind Dashboard X, has posted a set of screenshots showcasing him installing Cydia on iOS 7 running device. He said to be using an A4 device, and combination of open-source programs that allow the hacker to jailbreak into iOS 7 without installing Cydia. He worked on his skills and installed Cydia on iOS 7 using the open-source code. While communicating with other hackers on this achievement, we have learned that cjori, who is behind this port has modified the code to install Cydia on iOS 7.
Saurik has also confirmed us that Cydia will not like this on iOS 7 jailbreak, and there will be a couple of changes at the moment of iOS 7 jailbreak public launch. According to him, the developer is using third-party development codes to modify Cydia look for his iOS 7 jailbroken device.
As you can see, above in the image, the Cydia on iOS 7 is coated with white color and completely avoids the old background pattern.
However, on the other hand, we are still yet to receive any words from Evad3rs about their progress on jailbreak iOS 7 project. We hope they will soon discover enough exploits to break into iOS 7 security for iOS 7 jailbreak.
